What is a cartilage graft in rhinoplasty

Cartilage is most commonly borrowed from the nasal septum, which is inside the nose and separates the right and left nasal passageways.  The cartilage is used to add support to an area in the nose, or in other cases help provide a functional benefit with improving breathing
