Dr. Lin was a fantastic provider to work with. Unfortunately, the administrative pieces felt mismanaged and inconsistent. It was really difficult to book appointments and schedule my procedure; however, the care provided by the doctor and medical staff was unmatched and well worth the preliminary frustrations. Dr. Lin was available by email and by phone after my consultation, leading up to the day of my surgery, and for several weeks after. He provided informative and practical ideas and skillfully managed my worries and expectations. My only recommendation would be to consult Dr. Lin himself with any and all inquiries. While everyone in-office is eager to help, I found it extremely challenging to get consistent answers or advice from both medical staff and administrators - all of whom provided vastly different recommendations, perspectives, and personal experiences. Overall, I am extremely happy with the results of my procedure and the care I received from Dr. Lin. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
