Dr. Lin is the absolute BEST surgeon! He has been with me through 3 surgeries and always provides the best care. He was my plastic surgeon for my double mastectomy following my breast cancer diagnosis. Then my surgeon for my breast reconstruction. Finally he fixed my deviated septum while also combining it with my revision and another cancer related surgeon. I had some difficult recovery periods and Dr. Lin was always following up on my care, going above and beyond. My deviated septum surgery was amazing....I can finally breathe and sleep quietly. My recovery from this was pain-free and very simple. Dr. Lin and his team need 10 Stars for their care.

Five stars all around. My only suggestion is better communication with the front staff/scheduling/returning calls. Dr Lin was always readily available and reassuring. Excellent surgeon! Amazing bedside manner and extremely caring.

If you're reading this and you're on the fence about whether or not to get a septoplasty, I can tell you that a lifetime of effortless breathing is 1,000% worth it. Overall I had an easy experience from consultation, to surgery, to post-operative care. Dr. Lin and his team are incredibly skilled in this procedure - before my surgery I was reading up on other people's recovery stories, and the recovery I had was far easier than anything I had imagined thanks to the way Dr. Lin performs this surgery. I would especially recommend him for septoplasty because he takes extra preventative measures against nasal perforations, which can occur post-operatively and require additional surgeries to repair. Since Dr. Lin performs surgery on patients with nasal perforations, he ensures that his septoplasty patients have the best chance possible against developing them post-op. I am about 2 months out and breathing better than I ever have in my life, and my only regret is that I wish I got this surgery sooner. Thank you Dr. Lin!

Dr. Lin and his team have given me the best experience. Everyone from Office Manager Phyllis, the office staff, PAs and training Fellows, to the people at Beth Israel Hospital Surgery were always available to answer questions and offer reassurance. It has been a great experience for me. My septum was severely deviated. I was getting migraines all the time. I slept only 3-4 hours a night. My blood oxygen level was consistently at a 95. Since my surgery I am sleeping through the night. My blood oxygen level is consistently at 100. I’m no longer exhausted all the time! My brain fog from lack of sleep is gone. I am no longer snoring. My cat used to wake me up several times a night. In hindsight I think it’s because I would stop breathing. Since my surgery I haven’t seen her at all at night. It was well worth having this procedure!

Dr. Lin and his associate, Dr. Mundra, are outstanding surgeons and are very thorough and caring with the follow-up as well. They also work with an outstanding team of nurses. I am very pleased and grateful!

What a journey this has been. When I got the news of a breast cancer diagnosis, I first faced it and allowed myself time to process before jumping into fight mode. Dr. Lin did a great job. He is understanding, patient, and reassuring. He does a good job explaining and managing expectations. At times the front desk was a hit or miss in terms of how helpful they were, but overall I had a great experience and I would choose Dr. Lin all over again!
