I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Lin and his Staff of Nurses. For years my back and shoulder been hurting me and Decided to have surgery to reduce my breast size. I schedule and appointment with Dr. Samuel Lin at BIDMC Plastic and Reconstructive Department and Dr. Lin saw me and Months later, and month later surgery was completed and my back and shoulder pain is no longer an issue. Dr Lin and his staff was great. Now after my three months appointment I feel and look better than ever. 3 month update: Dr Lin and his staffs are great. After my three months appointment today I feel and look better than ever. Dr Lin have been so supportive during this entire process.They have seen me often to make sure I’m healing. I’m Highly satisfied because Dr Lin gave me the exact results i was looking for. Thank you Dr. Lin from the bottom of my heart.

I worked on systematic review through the rotation. I have never experienced this kind of project, which is quite helpul as to how to filter out lots of information and construct strong theme. Dr. Lin helped me through the rotation by giving me steady feedback on each process. His advice has been accurate, which helped me out correcting the projectory in a right way.

I had the opportunity to take Dr. Samuel Lin’s plastic surgery course and it was absolutely amazing! He provided an incredibly detailed program that covered all the important aspects of the plastic surgery. The professor is so knowledgeable about the subject matter, and always had helpful insights during class discussions. He was also very approachable, which made it easy to ask questions and get help if needed. Dr. Lin is an amazing professor who has truly inspired me to do my best work!

It has been 13 years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This was when I met Dr. Lin and I have been with him ever since. It has been a journey but Dr. Lin and his staff have been with me every step of the way. From my first visit with Dr. Lin when he took the time to explain all of my options to this visit today, I have always felt cared for and in the best hands. I had to have my left breast removed and I opted for a silicone implant. The initial expander was defective and I had to redo the surgery to put a new one in which added another 6-8 weeks to my reconstruction. Through the entire reconstructive process, Dr. Lin and his team were excellent. I was, and still am, very pleased with the results of their work. I was only 43 at the time of my diagnosis. I am 56 now and just had a reduction on my right breast so that it would match my left breast. I am very pleased with the outcome and feel like a new woman! I now have many more options on what I can wear since my breasts are symmetrical and even. I can’t thank Dr. Lin and his staff enough! Although it was difficult to go through everything I have, Dr. Lin and his team allowed me to feel like a beautiful woman. They are not only experts in their field but they treat you as a person, with compassion, dignity and respect.

I attended the Virtual Surgical Programme conducted by Dr Lin.This excellent flexible learning experience included guided reading and Questionnaires in preparation for the surgical videos which Dr Lin attended in person and directed the Q and A sessions. The facetime with Dr Lin was a unique opportunity to speak with a busy Surgeon about his daily work.

I can finally breathe out of my nose! A punch to the face in middle school left me with a severely deviated septum. I’m 6 weeks post-op and I feel absolutely fantastic. I met with 4 surgeons before deciding to work with Dr. Lin and I’m quite happy with the decision. Communication and bedside manner were fantastic, results are borderline miraculous, and I experienced very little pain. 10 out of 5 stars.
