I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lin who did my rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The entire team was very helpful from start to finish. I am thrilled with the results so far in my healing journey.

I saw the reviews and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Samuel Lin. I waited months for my appointment only to see his assistant. I was in the office for a good hour they took down my information and then tell me to make another appointment to see the doctor. I was surprised. I waited months for this appt. Now I had to schedule another appointment to see the doctor. I scheduled the appt anyway only to be told again I had to wait months. I scheduled the appt nonetheless. I got to my second appt and was late due to traffic and weather. I indicated could he at least see me for five minutes and was told no to reschedule. This game of seeing the assistant first and then scheduling another appt to see him is just a tactic to keep charging your insurance company for more money. I would rather see another doctor that cares more about their patients and not about money.

I had my rhinoplasty with doctor Samuel Lin like a moth ago, and i just wanted to said that i had a great experience and obviously a great result as well, all staff is amazing they are very kind and friendly, Doctor Lin really listening about what are you looking for and he delivered. In 2013, I had bariatric surgery . After losing 287 lbs I was referred to Dr Lin's office for reconstructive surgery for the excess skin on my abdomen. My first phone call was to Phyllis in scheduling. She was awesome to work with Answered all my questions in reference to what I needed to know prior to my appointment. When I came in for the first pre op appointment I met with the incredible staff. Jamie was Very helpful. She took the photos to track the before and after phones. Once me surgery date was given to me, The patient portable was a valuable asset to use to follow all appointments and correspondence with the Team! The day of surgery could not have been better. The surgery was a success. I had the drains removed the following week. The 5 week check up showed the majority of my successful "look" on the abdominal area. I am 48 years old and feel like i have a new lease on life. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Lin and his team as your care providers, will, without a doubt, have a successful outcome!

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Lin and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the consultation to the surgery and follow-ups, he was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. The entire staff was wonderful as well. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. It was a long journey since I started trying to improve my breathing. I had two previous surgeries that unfortunately did nothing. The doctors at Beth Israel — Dr. Caradona was the first who told me that the surgery should be done by a plastic surgeon, because my problem wasn’t only related to breathing but also involved the cartilage, which he wouldn’t address since it was the tip of my nose. Dr. Lee examined me, took into consideration everything I was going through with these issues, and did an excellent job. His team was truly amazing with me, providing great care. Today, I can say that I’m finally breathing well. For the first time, I can rinse my nose with saline water and feel what others used to describe — that it comes out the other side. I had never experienced that before. So I’m very happy with Dr. Li and his entire team.

Dr. Samuel Lin did an absolute amazing job on my surgery- breast lift. His kindness, thorough evaluation, compassion and absolute TALENT made my entire journey an amazing experience. The surgery itself was an absolute success- I look 10 years younger. His entire team is as wonderful as he is. I cannot recommend Dr. Lin enough (and his team). I am just sorry I didn't do this procedure sooner.

Dr. Linn and his staff were extremely friendly and professional to work with. Dr. Linn is kind, attentive to questions and makes you feel at ease, in addition to being an excellent surgeon. I am a nurse with day surgery background and I am extremely pleased with my results and would highly recommend him to others. His support staff was always patient, polite and professional and available with questions. Lastly, the communication amongst the nurses, residents, receptionist and surgeon was superb and is very efficient.
