Dr Lin is an incredibly talented and kind surgeon. If you are considering DIEP flap surgery he is the surgeon you want! His work is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything and is always extremely patient with questions/concerns. All of the staff are also extremely kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend! Update: 4 Months later: I am still incredibly pleased with the results of this surgery. I feel great and couldn't be happier with Dr Lin and his team. I had a double mastectomy with deep flap reconstruction with Dr. Lin 3 years ago. This surgery had longer recovery time than other reconstruction options, but this was a better choice for me in the long run, I wanted to avoid dealing with implants in the future. Recovery took a while, my abdomen was weak after surgery, but it was worth it. Now, 3 years later, my scars are minimal, my core strength is getting better and better, and I am still happy with my surgical choices. Dr. Lin and his team did a great job! Thank you!!

I came in looking to have my deviated septum and nasal valve repaired. Before my septoplasty, I had very little air flow out of my nose. This impacted a plethora of factors in my life. I am happy to say that I can breathe out of both sides of my nose without issue now. After Dr. Lin repaired my nasal valve, my life has been completely changed. After struggling to sleep my whole life, my entire sleep experience has changed. I went from waking up 4-5 times a night to sleeping all the way through until my alarm. This has resulted in more energy throughout the day, a clearer head, and an overall more positive outlook towards life. Dr. Lin and his staff were excellent throughout this entire process, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Loved the staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive, making sure I was feel okay. Dr. Lin called me the night of and also met with me before my surgery to go through what he would be doing. The nurses before and after made sure I was okay at all times. Would recommend!

I came to Dr Lin seeking help for a deviated septum that has impacted my ability to breathe for years. His whole team (including administrative staff at the front desk) were super supportive and helpful with all my questions. The surgery went really well, too. Dr. Lin and his staff were kind and welcoming. I had a blocked sinus on one side due to a broken nose. I opted for a septoplasty. He took his time to make sure I understood what the procedure entailed. After the surgery, the nurses mentioned that Dr. Lin is careful with his surgeries and does not rush through procedures, which is not the case with all surgeons. I had almost no pain after the surgery and am now able to breathe readily from both nostrils. I heard from other friends' experience and it was not the same as mine. Would suggest Dr. Lin to others considering nose surgery.

Had a septoplasty in June 2024 to repair a deviated septum. Dr. Lin and his team were excellent. Great bedside manner and really responsive and helpful to any concerns and issues. Several procedures to straighten a deviated septum (the tip actually pointed to the east) and solve the snoring that kept my husband awake at night failed. My nasal problem seemed to be something I would have to live with forever, sadly. After thirty years I was still suffering and at my wits end because my nose would bleed from blowing it too frequently, trying to unblock my nose to breathe... My once ethnically shaped nose was "no more" and rather weird-looking AND it didn't even work properly. I needed help!!! After visiting several surgeons, Dr. Samuel Lin, MD, FACS was so attentive to my story and seemed to understand the impact this situation was having on my physical and mental health.
