My appointments with Dr. Lin and his staff went very well and were very thorough from start to finish. Everything was explained to me before the surgery as to what to expect. B.I.D. staff in Needham were wonderful and caring too. I wish I had done this years ago.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Lin and his entire staff to anyone looking to have any sort of plastic or corrective surgery. Their attention and care from the beginning to end has been phenomenal to say the least. As a mom of two toddlers, I wanted to feel like I was in safe hands with the best results and that I would have a smooth recovery. Dr. Lin delivered all that and more.

My daughter had been struggling with a deviated septum and wanted to change the structure of her nose. After meeting with many surgeons, we found Dr. Samuel Lin. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is also personable, patient, kind, and warm. We knew we made the right choice from the moment we met him and his entire staff. Every single doctor, nurse, office staff and others were delightful and provided exceptional care. My daughter’s surgery was seamless and her healing process was surprisingly easy. She couldn’t be happier with her outcome; her breathing is improved and her nose is stunning. We highly recommend Dr. Lin and his team and can’t thank them enough for the incredibly smooth experience.

It was a very good expierience with the surgery going very good and was an easy recovery. felt mild discomfort for a few days and was better a week later.

Dr. Lin called me the night before surgery and was most reassuring. He did the same just before surgery and early the next morning. The whole surgical team was friendly.

Thank you to Dr. Lin, his staff, and nurses! I had my initial consultation for a breast reduction and tummy tuck after an 80-lb weight loss in October 2023, a second consultation in January 2024, and scheduled my surgery for April 3rd. I am now 6 weeks post op. A few notes on my experience: – I had my consultations and one of my follow-ups with Calley Lynch who was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, took pre op photos, and explained the process. – I then worked with Phyllis to schedule my surgery. She was also extremely helpful. I was given a list of medications to stop a few weeks prior to surgery, however I am on a GLP-1 and it was not listed (must be stopped 2 weeks prior to surgery), so I think the sheet needs to be updated. I also wish I was given a bit more written detail on the medications I’d be prescribed, dosing schedule, scar care, swelling timeline, etc. ahead of time. – About a week prior to surgery I got a call from a nurse who went over my medical history and what to expect the day of surgery. – The morning of surgery Dr. Lin spoke with me and was meticulous in marking me up. He really listened to what I wanted – it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. The anesthesiologist explained every step, and the nurses were so kind. – I got my drains out about a week after surgery, but was extremely swollen until about 4wpo. The first 1-2 weeks are very tough but Dr. Lin’s team was always available to answer any questions. I am happy so far and look forward to seeing my final results in a few months! UPDATE 4/8 – I am now one year post-op and I am thrilled with my results. Dr. Lin and I set up follow up appointments every few months post-op. Everything healed well and I so appreciate Dr. Lin and his team. This was the best decision I could have made for myself!

I met with Dr. Lin and his associates fall of 2024 and felt heard about my struggles with macromastia! I was able to get a referral, approved, and got surgery within a 4-5 month period. The staff has been amazing, being incredibly clear and kind every step of the way. I’m now 7 weeks out from operation and I already feel so much better. Even with being this far out, Dr Lin and his associates are still providing me care and availability, and checking in with me and my healing progress. I have no regrets going through with the breast reduction and I highly encourage others who can to go for it with Dr Lin!!
